Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Trainee to join our team in Jejuri, India. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning, executing, and closing projects under the mentorship of senior project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize kick-off meetings for newly assigned orders with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order transfer.
- Prepare and manage schedules/project plans for all orders.
- Conduct regular planning and review meetings to track project timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications regarding approvals, schedules, and delivery plans.
- Arrange inspections as required under QAP.
- Coordinate with site teams to meet project timelines.
- Provide project milestone updates to customers.
- Collaborate with the design team for detailed engineering.
- Assist in cost management and budget control with senior managers.
- Utilize SAP for project tracking (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
- Work with the commercial team on account receivables.
- Coordinate with site teams for project closure.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DET)
Experience: Fresher or 0-1 year of relevant experience
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP & MS Project is a plus
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Target-driven mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
