Role Overview
Pearson VUE is recruiting On-Call Test Administrators to support exam delivery at its testing center. The role is part time and fully onsite, with flexible scheduling depending on operational needs.
Typical shifts may occur between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm from Monday through Sunday. Candidates should be comfortable with extended schedules during peak periods when operations may run until 11:00 pm.
Purpose of the Role
The Test Administrator ensures secure exam delivery while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all candidates. The position focuses on maintaining testing integrity, following strict procedures, and providing quality customer service throughout the exam process.
Responsibilities
- Follow all testing procedures and adhere strictly to company policies while exercising sound judgment.
- Check in candidates, verify identification, and guide them through the examination process.
- Monitor and invigilate candidates during examinations to maintain exam security.
- Work with internal support teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks such as sanitizing keyboards and workstations after each candidate completes their exam.
