
The Advanced Associate Content Producer supports the development and delivery of digital and print courseware, live training materials, and related learning assets. The role involves working with increasing independence on defined tasks while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established production standards. The position also contributes to keeping projects on schedule by coordinating with cross functional teams and resolving issues as they arise.
Budget Awareness: Support monitoring of project expenses and highlight possible cost overruns early. Assist producers and managers with information related to budget impacting activities.
Supervision: This role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities. The associate may assist with onboarding peer content producers or coordinating vendor activities when required.
