Pearson VUE, a business of Pearson, is hiring On-Call Test Administrators for its Bangalore location. This is a temporary, part-time onsite role with flexible scheduling based on business requirements.
Compensation
The role offers Rs. 250 per hour along with a daily allowance of Rs. 200.
Role Overview
As an Invigilator/Proctor, you will support secure exam delivery while providing a professional and welcoming experience for candidates. Work schedules generally fall between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm from Monday to Sunday, with possible extension until 11:00 pm during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Follow all testing procedures and company policies with accuracy and good judgment
- Verify candidate identification and guide them through the examination process
- Monitor and invigilate candidates during exams
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues when required
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks such as sanitizing keyboards after examinations
Requirements
- Graduate in a relevant discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- Freshers are eligible to apply
