Job Description

This role authorizes agencies, sub-agencies, and employees to conduct insurance business for the insurer. The work involves processing transactions according to client SLAs and documented procedures, meeting targets, and keeping transaction quality within predefined standards. Deadlines are strict, and the goal is to exceed expectations on process metrics and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a low degree of decision-making, applying general business understanding and process training. Business rules are fully defined, which limits discretion. Training and ramp time are moderate (2-3 weeks), and standard communication formats are expected.

Average handling time (AHT) is low (1-5 minutes). Transactions beyond scope are escalated to the next level, and the role involves minimal financial, business, or regulatory compliance decisions.
