Job Description
Working knowledge of GDS (any) is a must, along with knowledge of refunds, fares and pricing. Travel certification is required. You should understand different fare and routing types and have a good grasp of travel geography.
Good communication skills are needed. You will maintain high accuracy and productivity standards and show a willingness to learn. You will interact with clients by email to resolve queries and build good working relationships with customers.
You will take part in process improvement initiatives and stay flexible and ready for change in a dynamic work environment.
