Job Description

• Enter data accurately and efficiently using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet or database commands, and format material as required.
• Check entered material and generated data reports as needed. Review discrepancies in incoming data, request clarification, or alert your supervisor so customer requests are processed correctly.
• File and maintain records, and prepare, send, sort and distribute faxes, mail, email and reports as needed.
• Uphold high standards of quality and service excellence.
• Process work promptly, meet daily productivity targets, and work with a sense of urgency while meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Handle multiple currencies and other requirements for processing international orders.
• Manage your time well and plan and organize your work effectively.
• Provide chat support as required in the local language and other required languages.
• Support local Customer Service teams and assist other teams when needed.
• Help the team with complex or unusual requests and share best practices.
• Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing, in the local language (at minimum), including over the telephone.
