Job Description

• Delivers an excellent customer experience and represents Mouser values with every customer.
• Processes a range of customer requests accurately, including orders, special handling, quotes, returns, catalogs, samples, product information, and Mouser services.
• Identifies what customers need and offers suitable options.
• Builds new and repeat business through customer service initiatives and by offering related products and promotional items.
• Follows up with customers to keep them satisfied.
• Upholds high standards of quality and service excellence.
• Completes work on time, meets daily productivity targets, and works with a sense of urgency while keeping quality high.
• Researches and expedites customer requests.
• Tracks delivery dates and product quality to meet customer requirements.
• Provides price and delivery quotes within company deadlines.
• Works accurately with multiple currencies and the other requirements of international orders.
• Manages time well and plans and organizes effectively.
• Provides chat support as required, in the local language and other required languages.
• Supports the company's total quality and customer service expectations.
• Communicates professionally, verbally and in writing, in the local language at minimum, including over the telephone.
• Completes the Customer Service Representative I Professional Progression Plan.
• Consistently meets or exceeds Customer Service Representative II performance metrics.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree.
