Role Overview

This role handles data entry and order processing tasks using computer programs, word processing, spreadsheets, or databases. The Customer Service Assistant formats material as needed and checks entered data for errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and efficiently, and format material as required.
• Proof entered material and generated data reports, review data discrepancies, and request clarification or raise issues with the supervisor so customer requests are processed correctly.
• File records, and prepare, transmit, sort, and distribute faxes, mail, email, and reports as needed.
• Uphold high standards of quality and service excellence.
• Process work promptly, meet daily productivity targets, and work with urgency while maintaining quality.
• Work correctly with multiple currencies and the requirements of international orders.
• Manage time well and plan and organize tasks effectively.
• Provide chat support in the local language and other required languages.
• Support local Customer Service teams and assist other teams when needed.
• Help the team with complex or uncommon requests and share best practices.

Strong verbal and written communication in the local language (minimum) is required, including over the telephone.
