Pearson VUE, a business of Pearson, is hiring part-time onsite Invigilators / Test Administrators for its Pune location.
Role Overview
This temporary position supports secure exam delivery while providing a professional and welcoming testing experience for candidates. Work schedules are flexible, with operational shifts generally between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Candidates should be open to extended shifts up to 11:00 PM during peak periods.
The role is fully onsite at Kharadi, Pune.
Compensation
The pay offered is Rs. 250 per hour along with a daily allowance of Rs. 200.
Responsibilities
- Follow all testing procedures and company policies with accuracy and sound judgment
- Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain exam procedures
- Proctor and invigilate candidates during examinations
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues when required
- Perform light housekeeping activities, including sanitizing keyboards after each exam session
Requirements
- Graduate in any relevant field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
