Job Description Summary

Key Accountabilities

• Support data-driven field and commercial execution processes
• Carry out analytics such as trend identification and variance analysis
• Build and run automated data validation and quality checks on input datasets
• Help prepare dashboards and reports for HQ stakeholders and field forces across countries (IC, call planning, targeting, performance metrics)
• Support process documentation, including SOPs, trackers and workflows
• Deliver agreed SoW requirements with timeliness, accuracy and quality, showing strong customer centricity
• Contribute to Field Performance excellence deliverables, including field target setting, field incentive design and modelling, incentive operations and reporting
• Provide Field Excellence reporting and insights
• Keep all stakeholders, including internal associates, business colleagues and external parties, updated regularly on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events
• Follow internal procedures such as time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems
• Comply with all Novartis operating procedures under legal, IT and HR requirements

Education

Graduate or postgraduate in Technology, Pharma, Business Management or Science.

Skills Requirement

• Data ETL platforms (PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Dataiku, etc.)
• Workflow management and automation tools (SharePoint, MS PowerApps, etc.)
• Reporting and visualization platforms (PowerBI, PowerPoint)
• Analytical platforms and methods (Excel, Python, Data Science, Machine Learning)
• Background in digital technologies and AI
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of the Pharma ecosystem (desirable)
