This position supports the EMEA Fixed Income Division Sales team by assisting with reporting, data quality checks, preparation of senior management meeting materials, and process automation.
The role requires close collaboration with regional sales teams including Rates, Credit, and FXEM, along with Finance teams and internal COO groups. Responsibilities include ensuring management reports and performance analysis are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Work includes recurring reporting processes such as monthly reporting packs, tracking headcount changes, and analyzing business or team performance. The role also involves ad hoc analysis for sales managers and coordination with Finance and Operations teams to validate data and improve internal workflows.
