Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate to join the Prime Brokerage Client Coverage team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for client issues while overseeing client accounts and handling matters related to financing, margin, trade clearing and settlement, cash management, and corporate events.
The Prime Brokerage Client Services team focuses on strong process control, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Team members are located across global offices including New York, San Francisco, London, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney, working together to deliver high-quality service to clients.
The Account Manager team supports the global Prime Brokerage organization and services a variety of clients, primarily hedge funds. Associates work closely with clients to build strong partnerships and provide a single point of coordination between clients and different teams across Morgan Stanley. The role also involves escalation support, issue resolution, and helping deliver practical solutions.
The Mumbai team consists of professionals including chartered accountants, MBAs, and other specialists who bring strong analytical capabilities and a willingness to take on complex assignments. The organization has invested heavily in technology platforms, resulting in highly automated processes and advanced tools that allow client service teams to focus on analyzing client requirements and responding quickly to inquiries.
