Overview

The Future of Scalable Software Engineering (FoSSE) team within CoreAI at Microsoft is inviting applications for research internships. FoSSE is an applied research team focused on addressing real-world software engineering challenges for large codebases, including tasks like code migration, code translation, and static analysis, utilizing AI and formal methods. Our internship program offers an opportunity to work on practical research problems while closely collaborating with Microsoft researchers. Internships typically last between three and six months.

We operate at the intersection of programming language design, formal methods, static analysis, and AI. If you are interested, please apply with your CV. Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline.
