Medpace Hiring Randomization & Study Product Coordinator (Navi Mumbai)

Job Description

Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Randomization & Study Product (RSP) Coordinator to join its team in India. The role involves working alongside other RSPM team members to maintain accurate system data and support the management of study products across clinical studies.

This position is designed as an entry-level opportunity. New hires participate in a structured onboarding and training program that prepares them to develop expertise in randomization and study product management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support for Randomization and Study Product Management activities.
• Assist with study product management for clinical trials.
• Support the Project Manager with system design and configuration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and respond to inquiries.
• Create documentation specific to each study.
• Maintain accurate and organized study documentation.
• Handle additional assigned tasks and project work as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of clinical research methodologies.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
