Analyst - FP&A

The Analyst, FP&A will support the standardization of reporting across regions by using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and advanced Excel. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work independently, and the capability to communicate insights effectively while collaborating with cross functional teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop machine learning solutions to generate actionable business insights.
- Create backend data structures and database frameworks that support dashboard reporting.
- Build and maintain centralized dashboards and MIS reporting systems.
- Partner with Americas and Corporate FP&A teams to design and maintain advanced analytics and data science tools.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on automation practices and support related workstreams.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience with data management, data mining, analytics, reporting, and quantitative analysis.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, libraries, data structures, and software architecture concepts.
- Experience working on large analytics projects using Tableau or Power BI.
Analytical and Communication Skills
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
