This role supports KPMG's award-winning Student Recruitment team, mainly by administering the end-to-end recruitment process and giving candidates an excellent experience. The Coordinator will help keep KPMG's undergraduate, graduate and apprenticeship recruitment process among the best in its industry. The role focuses on administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing centralised inboxes every day.
• Giving candidates a positive journey by responding daily to telephone (webagent) and inbox enquiries within SLAs.
• Processing candidate expense payments with high accuracy and on-time delivery against SLA commitments.
• Providing operational support to KPMG Launch Pad, including candidate eligibility verification, event attendance management, and score inputting and checking.
• Handling routine team administration such as booking event space, processing data, updating presentations, confirming volunteers and sending calendar invitations.
• Supporting administration ahead of work experience programmes, including candidate eligibility screening and processing.
• Supporting officers with external partnership relationships in an administrative capacity.
• Raising cost requisitions on Coupa.

Coordinators also take on ad hoc projects, which may include diversity and inclusion initiatives, external partnerships and campus sponsorships.
