Job Description

This Secretary/Administrative Assistant role supports individuals, small teams or departments rather than the entire office. Responsibilities include:

• Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production
• Data entry and paper or electronic document filing and archiving
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
• Receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources

The role requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, typically gained through work experience, and may require vocational or basic technical education. It works under moderate supervision and handles routine issues independently, with occasional deviations or improvements to standard procedures.
