Job Summary:
Itron is hiring Apprentice IT Solutions Delivery Trainees to join its growing IT center in Bangalore. The role involves supporting internal customers, managing service requests, and assisting with IT projects. Candidates will be part of the global IT team, contributing to knowledge base management, learning and development modules, and internal audits.
Responsibilities:
Identify and diagnose IT issues. Provide online security support. Act as a point of contact for service users. Deliver customer service through various channels. Manage service requests as per procedures. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors. Participate in internal audit documentation. Facilitate training programs within the L&D team. Create and manage knowledge articles. Support project transitions.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of SQL and PL/SQL. Knowledge of ERP applications, preferably Oracle EBS. Familiarity with ITIL processes. Cloud and infrastructure concepts. Strong English language proficiency. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
