Overview
SAP ABAP Apprentice
CGI is looking for a SAP ABAP Apprentice to support software development and engineering activities. The role involves learning SAP ABAP concepts and contributing to development, testing, and support tasks within SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand SAP ABAP programming concepts.
- Develop and enhance ABAP reports, dialogs, forms, and workflows.
- Assist in creating and modifying Classical and Interactive Reports.
- Work on ALV Reports, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Module Pool programs at a basic level.
- Debug and troubleshoot ABAP programs.
- Support data extraction using Open SQL.
- Assist with integration across SAP functional modules such as MM, SD, and FI.
- Prepare technical documentation according to project standards.
- Participate in testing activities and bug fixing.
- Follow coding standards and development best practices.
