Job Overview
Working under general supervision, you will provide remote second-tier IT support to end users, restoring service or identifying and correcting the core problem.
Essential Functions
- Follow established IT policies, procedures and standards, and make sure systems and processes conform to information systems goals.
- Develop, implement, maintain and follow desktop support policies, processes and procedures for end users.
- Review ticket quality activities and address areas that need improvement.
- Enforce all information security protocols, SOPs and work instructions.
- Keep a thorough working knowledge of the day-to-day operating environment, available tools and client applications, along with IT Operations procedures for End User services.
- Track and update the IT asset lifecycle in ITAM.
- Assist global and regional IT project teams for Real Estate and M&A.
- Assist with Customer Engagement audits and ISO audits.
- Help review and update the Business Continuity Plan and IT Disaster Recovery Plan documents.
- Provide VIP support and Town Hall meeting support for online and offline events.
- Retire and dispose of unusable and non-compliant IT assets.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate management level, including severe issues or those exceeding target dates.
- You may be required to work outside working hours, managed according to applicable country legislation.
