Job Overview

You will support or assist the Data Manager in running data management projects according to sponsor requirements, aiming for efficient, high-quality deliverables. You will also coordinate with other departments, sites and sponsors as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with regular data cleaning to keep data clean and deliver quality, on-time output to the sponsor.
• Act as backup to a Senior Data Coordinator or Data Team Lead.
• Manage assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
• Make sure deliverables meet expected quality standards and customer expectations, with support from the Senior Data Manager.
• Report to Data Management team leaders on data collection quality and completed tasks.
• Attend internal study meetings and internal or sponsor audits.
• Help track and manage projects, monitor progress, identify risks and take corrective action on errors as recommended by the DTL.
• Complete required training and eSOP reading.
• Collaborate with the Data Team Lead and team members across functions.
