Job Description

The Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) team manages and supports the organization's core IT infrastructure, including servers and virtual machines. The team handles infrastructure provisioning, configuration, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting, with a focus on high availability, reliability, security and performance.

The team also supports infrastructure automation, capacity planning, incident resolution and infrastructure optimization. Its main goal is a stable, scalable, secure and cost-effective platform that lets applications and business services run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the configuration and implementation of infrastructure deployments, following defined technical requirements and standards
• Create and maintain detailed technical design and implementation documentation to support smooth project execution
• Support platform availability and performance by identifying and resolving issues or anomalies early
• Analyze current state systems to gather requirements and find improvements in infrastructure design and deployment processes
• Integrate infrastructure components so they meet robustness, scalability and efficiency criteria and support strategic objectives
• Plan and run tests to validate infrastructure solutions against business and technical requirements
• Resolve technical issues across the project lifecycle, escalating critical issues when needed
• Coordinate with project teams to make sure infrastructure components are production ready and meet established standards and protocols
