What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Builds familiarity with cybersecurity engineering concepts, practices and methodologies.
• With guidance, carries out standard cybersecurity engineering duties, including:
  • Helping deploy firewalls and intrusion detection systems
  • Helping with or performing security tool administration and updates
  • System modification and upgrade or enhancement
  • Incident response (investigating incidents, breaches and threats)
  • Security product evaluation
• Proactively learns about and keeps up to date with security technologies, trends and best practices.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.

You Will Be Successful in This Role If You Have

A BA/BS degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
