Job Overview
Infosys BPM Limited is recruiting a Process Executive to support business process operations and meet defined customer service level agreements (SLAs). The role focuses on executing daily operational tasks while adhering to client governance standards and internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet day to day process targets in alignment with customer SLAs.
- Carry out assigned transactions according to defined procedures and timelines.
- Follow governance frameworks established with the client.
- Work according to client specified shift schedules.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in business aligned shifts, including night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
- Ability to adapt to revised processes, systems, or methods aimed at improving performance.
- Understanding of Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domains is considered an advantage.
- Exposure to mortgage related processes will be beneficial.
