Key Responsibilities

• Meet day to day process targets in alignment with customer SLAs.
• Carry out assigned transactions according to defined procedures and timelines.
• Follow governance frameworks established with the client.
• Work according to client specified shift schedules.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work in business aligned shifts, including night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
• Ability to adapt to revised processes, systems, or methods aimed at improving performance.
• Understanding of Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domains is considered an advantage.
• Exposure to mortgage related processes will be beneficial.
