We are looking for highly motivated Graduate Engineers with skills in Full Stack Development, AI Engineering and DevOps. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for learning, and an interest in IBM and open-source technologies, with a focus on Automation and AI solutions. You will be a self-starter who needs limited supervision, with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

This is a high-profile project at the core of IBM's new strategy around Workflow Automation. Working with a wide range of stakeholders will be critical to meeting the high standards expected.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• A solid base in programming languages is required. Go, Java, Python or other scripting languages are useful.
• Skills with React, Redux, Node.js, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML and CSS.
• Foundational knowledge of AI application development, including LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, RAG, MCP tools and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of database concepts and common databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and ChromaDB.
• Participate in DevOps and CI/CD initiatives to improve development efficiency and software quality.
• Backend development with Python, Java or Go as the tech stack.
• Skills with test tools such as Jest, Cypress and Codecept.
• Knowledge of building API-driven interfaces, API testing and API automation.
• Knowledge of test automation development using Ansible and Python.
• Experience working with GitHub as source code control.
• Knowledge of cloud services, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure and GCP.
• DevOps experience, with knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience with Linux systems.
