- Development Phase: Work with development teams to write code with accessibility in mind, with a focus on proper use of HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
- Testing Phase: Help test applications for accessibility using automated tools, manual checks and assistive technologies such as screen readers, then report issues.
- AI Development (Bonus): If you have AI experience, you may contribute to projects involving AI-powered accessibility features.
Skills We're Looking For
- A solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- A genuine desire to understand and advocate for users with disabilities.
- An eye for good design and an understanding of user experience principles.
- Experience or interest in AI development is a plus.
Modern Tooling Acumen
Candidates should have direct experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts produced by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools, and be able to guide AI tools toward the desired outcome. Experience with tools such as Gemini, Cursor or other agent-based frameworks will make candidates stronger.
Accommodations
If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or recruiting process, you can submit a request through the Accommodations Request Form on the careers site.
