About the Role

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving campus hiring initiatives, managing recruitment operations, and supporting lateral hiring through multiple sourcing channels. The role requires strong ownership, problem-solving ability, multitasking, and the capability to work efficiently in a high-growth and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Hiring

• Collaborate with vendors, colleges, and internal stakeholders for planning and executing campus hiring drives across India.
• Manage end-to-end coordination for recruitment processes including telephonic interviews, F2F interviews, hackathons, and learnathons.
• Coordinate placement talks, puzzle rounds, assessments, and candidate communication.
• Conduct culture fitment and generic HR interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers and interviewers for scheduling, feedback collection, and process management.
• Drive improvements and innovate new hiring strategies and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Gain hands-on exposure to HR and recruitment tools used for large-scale hiring.

Other Sourcing & Hiring

• Manage employee referral programs, vendor/consultancy hiring, and other sourcing channels.
• Source candidates through recruitment platforms, training institutes, and headhunting approaches.
• Support contract hiring and niche tech hiring requirements.
• Partner with Senior Management, Hiring Managers, and PMs to understand hiring projections, evaluation metrics, and hiring processes.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience and operational efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
