Job Summary

This is a role for a motivated, detail-oriented fresher with basic knowledge of IT support, troubleshooting and customer service. You will handle user queries, resolve technical issues and provide first-level support by phone, email and ticketing systems.

Familiarity with Windows operating systems, MS Office applications and basic networking concepts is expected. Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills matter, along with a commitment to excellent customer support and timely issue resolution. Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to a dynamic Service Desk team is valued.
