Job Summary

This campus beginner role focuses on monitoring and tracking project management with global project managers and OPS managers. You will act as the central point of contact (SPOC) for the delivery team within the PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and track project management activities with global project managers and OPS managers.
• Serve as the central hub for the delivery team as PMO SPOC.
• Handle finance analysis, including budgeting, billing, revenue and inventory control.
• Take up and execute at least 2 new initiatives within a one-year period.
• Work closely with internal enabling teams such as Delivery, Procurement, Commercial and Finance.
• Coordinate and organize meetings with relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Report progress status on a weekly basis.
• Enable internal and external financial audits of processes, including historical cases.

Skill Sets and Prior Exposure

• Understanding of contracting terminology for Field Services in the IT Infrastructure domain.
• Ability to read a vendor contract or agreement and derive actionable information from it.
• Basic understanding of business terminology and how MM, SD and FI work in SAP.
• A fair understanding of international trade and prevalent practices across geographies and countries.
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of payment terms, modes of payment and SLAs.
