Job Summary
This role works in a virtual branch banking environment covering current and savings account opening, credit card opening and servicing, customer servicing, and loans.
A basic understanding of the banking environment is required. The role validates and analyses data, and makes sure it is entered and updated accurately on the client's application.
Key Responsibilities
- Commerce graduates (B.Com, BBA, BCS, BBM)
- Typing speed above 30 WPM with 95-98% accuracy
- Exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills to interpret and converse clearly
- A keen eye for detail
- Flexibility to work night shifts, extended hours and weekends
- Strict adherence to UK banking regulatory requirements
