Job Description

This role falls under General Customer Service, covering post-sale technical and non-technical support for business and end-consumer customers across several sub-families:

• Remote Customer Service: Providing support by phone, online chat or text. This includes call center based support for a high volume of low complexity inquiries, and analysing and resolving a smaller volume of more complex issues, typically in an office setting.
• Distribution Center Customer Service: Work performed in a distribution center, product returns or repair center, or a field walk-in service facility. This includes acting as a liaison between customers, production and distribution teams on specific orders, and giving technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service center.

Roles on this level call for basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, gained through work experience, and may require vocational or basic technical education. Employees work under moderate supervision and can resolve routine issues on their own, with occasional deviations from or improvements to standard procedures.

Incumbents in this specialization are not paid based on sales target achievement.
