About the Role
GE HealthCare is seeking enthusiastic and motivated recent graduates to join as Graduate Engineer Trainees. This is an entry-level engineering position designed to help you develop technical expertise while contributing to innovative projects in a global medical technology leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining engineering projects and systems.
- Conduct research and collect data to support engineering analysis and problem-solving.
- Participate in technical tasks including drafting, calculations, simulations, and preparing reports.
- Learn and apply company standards, procedures, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under supervision.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical activities and progress.
- Engage in training programs and workshops to enhance technical and professional skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Strong academic background with understanding of core engineering principles.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as CAD or simulation tools is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
- Internship or project experience in engineering is beneficial but not mandatory.
