Google is hiring Web Solutions Engineer, University Graduate, 2025 Freshers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Web Solutions Engineer at Google, you will use your technical skills to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions for Google's ad products and technologies. You will play a vital role in designing, adapting, and managing solutions that align with global best practices. This position allows you to work with diverse teams and stakeholders while honing your expertise in engineering, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and provide technical guidance on ad products and technologies.
• Proactively design and build globally reusable solutions and best practices to be applied across customers, sellers, and partners.
• Adapt existing bespoke advertising solutions into scalable, globally applicable solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle of solutions, from discovery and launch to maintenance, feature updates, and deprecation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in coding with Java, C++, or Python.
• Proficiency in SQL, web technologies, technical design, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Familiarity with ad tech products such as ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to propose data-driven solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility:

• Open to 2025 batch graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields.
