Job Summary

To support our teams that build great products and drive our growth, Flex is looking to add a Junior Financial Analyst - Cost Accounting Solutions in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like

• Perform all defined cost accounting activities.
• Understand the corporate policy and follow up on key cost accounting metrics.
• Implement time saving and cost reducing initiatives through pocket kaizens and process improvements.
• Work with the operations team and track reasons for metric non-conformances through regular follow ups.
• Post month end journal entries for accruals and reclasses in the ERP.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs in line with the latest processes and document them in the DMS.
• Learn the role and serve as a backup for the cost accountant.
