Job Summary

To support teams that build great products and contribute to growth, Flex is looking to add an Associate Engineer - Engineering Change Management in Chennai, India.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Create part numbers for the BOM and AVL in Agile and Baan systems.
• Download customer documents such as product specifications and release them in CDC.
• Work as a change analyst during NPI for new changes.
• Release part lists to production for new models and after ECO implementation.
• Study ECOs and drawings closely and coordinate with the site Process and Product Engineering teams.
• Work closely with Engineering and Materials teams to review product updates and modifications.
• Respond to business partners (requestors) and customers on Engineering Change Order queries.
• Ensure adherence to targets set for all process metrics.
• Lead and support people with good people management skills.
