The Financial Modeling Group provides expert support for advanced analytical tools, helping customers use S&P products with tailored workflows. The global team focuses on onboarding and adoption of Excel add-ins, Office Tools products, screening solutions, platform customization, and proprietary data capabilities.
The group includes professionals with backgrounds in investment management, CFA qualifications, and MBAs. Their focus is to understand customer objectives and deliver solutions that enhance productivity and data usage.
As part of the Financial Modeling Group, you will build expertise in multiple specialties. Apprentices consult with clients on Excel add-in solutions such as CIQ and CIQ Pro, helping them integrate S&P data into valuation models, ownership analysis, estimates, charts, and other financial workflows.
You will also assist in converting financial models from competing platforms and contribute to maintaining a library of approximately 500 pre-built templates available through the CIQ and CIQ Pro Excel add-in template library.
The Financial Modeling Group serves as a key customer touchpoint. In this role, you will build financial models, create screens and presentations, and respond to client queries while demonstrating deep knowledge of S&P Global tools and data.
You will collaborate with multiple teams including Commercial, Product, and Customer Services to support client needs, improve product capabilities, and assist with training and adoption.
