Additional Team Responsibilities
The AC Solution/Finance Operations team aligns business functions and generates operational insights to support firm strategy. The team develops process improvements and analytical solutions to influence key decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Analytics
- Certifications: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI tools is an advantage
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of financial transaction flows and operational impacts.
- Experience in process redesign for business improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to provide data analysis and recommendations for projects.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, and Power BI.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivation and commitment to personal growth.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
