Job Description
This role involves processing standard or simple PO and Non-PO invoices, along with handling exceptions. You will also make sure assigned tasks meet the agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of Purchase Orders, processing PO and Non-PO invoices, and handling exceptions
- Tracking invoice reconciliation aging and following up with requestors and required approvers as needed to ensure compliance with payment terms
- Analyzing and researching all discrepancies and open items, resolving payment queries, and providing backup for discrepancies
- Performing quality checks on invoices as per the established QC process
- Preparing, reviewing and reporting on duplicate payments and high dollar transactions
