Genpact Hiring Associate F&A MDM in Noida (Night Shift)

About the Role

Follow the defined standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables. You will take ownership of performance against all assigned master data processes and key categories, and you are accountable for quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritise your workload so every assignment is delivered accurately and on time, and keep the schedule updated as circumstances change.
• Ensure master data records are updated accurately and in a timely way, and maintain the SLA and delivery performance for each period.
• Maintain Customer and Vendor master data in SAP according to business input and SOPs.
• Document feedback and learning from the team, office, clients and the field, and apply it to master data procedures to improve accuracy.
• Ensure all reports are maintained and cleared on time, and that all Data Quality KPIs are met.
• Highlight SOP deviations or issues and seek help from the Lead when needed, and raise incident tickets with the relevant helpdesks.
• Comprehend incoming and outgoing data flows for SAP master data, and explain and enforce master data creation and change processes.
• Understand the governing policies for Customer and Vendor data in your area of work, and make sure company master data business rules, policies and procedures are followed.
• Update and maintain departmental SOPs, tools and metrics for the master data team.
• Identify data quality and process improvement areas, and help resolve data quality problems through error detection and correction, process control, or process design.
• Align data management processes across the business value chains and process areas.
• Take part in idea generation and improvement activities, and support special projects as needed.

Certifications (Preferred)

Certified Data Management Professional (Riversand), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, and Tableau Desktop Specialist.
