Executive, Human Resource Operations

This role is part of EXL's Human Resource Operations function in the Human Resources category.

Basic Functions

• Sound knowledge of HR outsourcing operations, including HR shared services, HRO and H2R concepts and HR back-end work for outsourced clients.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR back-end operations across the Hire to Retire lifecycle. Experience in non-accounting processes is also considered.
• Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes and applications in the US and UK markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and client requirements.
• Provide updates to the team and perform self-quality reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of integrity.

Essential Functions

• Manage HR back-end operations across the Hire to Retire lifecycle.
• Apply knowledge of non-accounting processes where relevant.
• Use Microsoft Office applications for day-to-day work.

• Keep the team updated and review your own work for quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Primary External Interactions

• Manage client deliverables, delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Communicate daily with the onsite team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence and maintain records.
