What you'll do

• Partner with the HRBP on day-to-day HR initiatives and projects
• Support employee engagement and employee communication activities
• Coordinate learning and development programs
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain HR data, reports, and trackers, and prepare presentations, reports, and basic HR dashboards
• Coordinate employee communications and event logistics

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field is expected. An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is optional.
