Role Overview

Geo to be supported: Cayman

Work timings: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

KPMG is recruiting an Executive for the Audit team. In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of up to 6-7 people, including graduates and experienced professionals.
• Monitor work and motivate the team to make sure deliverables meet quality standards and agreed SLAs.
• Help seniors and Assistant Managers with performance reviews of the team.
• Take an active part in the audit engagement team and carry out audit procedures and tests for the clients you are allocated.
• Keep clients and the onshore team regularly updated on audit engagement progress.
• Share knowledge, and mentor and coach team members.
• Identify issues and missing information, then manage and track open issues until they are resolved.
• Maintain data confidentiality and make sure team members follow the risk management policy.
• Review the team's work and give timely feedback so members can improve their performance.
• Build relationships with onshore team members across different locations.
• Audit complex sections of financial statements in line with country-specific statutory requirements.
