Responsibilities:
System architecture and finalization of appropriate Historian solutions.
Review customer RFQs to determine scope and BOM.
Develop conceptual design documents.
Install and configure database servers.
Manage data ingress/egress from database servers.
Configure I/O systems.
Develop visualization graphics, reports, and analytics dashboards.
Install OPC/OEM communication drivers and servers.
Ensure QA/QC testing and maintain related documentation.
Deploy applications on remote machines with proper configurations.
Use Lua/VB scripting for customized reports and visualization.
Support lead engineers in deliverables generation, integration, and testing.
Provide regular progress updates and handle technical queries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in industrial software applications.
Proficiency in OPC/ODBC communication interface designs.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications:
Willingness to learn new products and functionalities.
Effective communication skills in English.
Capability to work in a team and deliver successful project outcomes.
Readiness to undergo technical and soft skills training.
Flexibility to travel globally for short to long-term project requirements.
