Job Description

Job Title: TFL – Trade NCT

This role is part of the Trade Finance Operations team, which manages products such as Letters of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. The position offers opportunities to work across multiple trade products and processes, with ongoing learning and exposure within trade operations.

Subject matter experts provide structured training on products and operational processes. The role supports continuous development while working with trade finance services in the delivery hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily trade operations including Collections, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees while meeting agreed service level agreements.
• Review outstanding transactions and ensure operational accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational manuals, and regulatory or audit requirements.
• Maintain effective coordination with branch operations and sales teams.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of trade finance rules and guidelines issued by the ICC such as UCP and URC.
• Knowledge of legal, credit, and operational risks associated with trade products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in late night shifts when required.
