Work you'll do

As a Services Support Associate I on the Talent Processes and Business Support team, you will be responsible for:

• Completing assigned separation activities, system tasks, employee inquiries, record updates and exit-checklist support within documented procedures and timelines.
• Coordinating with team members and stakeholder groups to meet quality standards and service commitments.
• Maintaining accurate records, protecting confidential information, and supporting quality and compliance reviews.
• Escalating exceptions, risk indicators, missing information and nonstandard cases without delay.
• Supporting documentation, knowledge sharing, basic reporting and sensitive exit-case administration.

The team

The Talent Processes and Business Support team supports employee lifecycle activities, including separation processes, for Deloitte professionals across India and the United States. The team works with Talent, business and enabling-area stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and confidential support in line with documented procedures and service commitments.

Team members help deliver a respectful employee experience during sensitive transitions while contributing to process consistency and continuous improvement.

4 PM to 1 AM / 6 PM to 3 AM
