Role Overview
This role supports customer operations for the IAFIS application within the DigiGov team.
- Provide customer support and build a thorough understanding of the IAFIS application.
- Take calls from Indian Army personnel and guide them on using the IAFIS app or support them through onboarding.
- Assign tickets in the ticket management solution.
- Help with coordination as required.
