Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Management Associate Analyst to join our HRIS team in Hyderabad. This role involves maintaining data integrity, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting HR processes and technology enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update employee information in HR systems.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and audits, implementing data governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for daily workflows and updates.
- Ensure accuracy in transactions, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address employee-related issues.
- Manage onboarding processes within member firms.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in any stream.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with HCM platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday (preferred).
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in virtual teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Work Details
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
