About the Role

  • Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the approved project plan.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants to gather progress updates.
  • Identify potential delays and assist in developing recovery plans.
  • Maintain progress reports and MIS documentation for management review.
  • Track material deliveries and monitor key project milestones.
  • Support the organization of review meetings and record minutes of meetings (MOM).
  • Ensure coordination between design release timelines and the construction schedule.

About You

  • Basic understanding of residential construction activities.
  • Knowledge of project planning and scheduling processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to coordinate reporting and track project progress effectively.
