This role focuses on maintaining efficient front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. The position supports reception activities, visitor coordination, and administrative tasks at the client site.

About the Role

  • Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized reception area aligned with workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Handle incoming calls at the reception desk and manage the EPBAX system.
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or stakeholders.
  • Maintain front desk records including visitor logs and badge issuance according to security procedures.
  • Maintain contractor registers including entry, exit, and attendance records.
  • Coordinate client visits and arrangements with the facilities team.
  • Monitor conference room bookings and assist with meeting room setup for client visits in coordination with admin or facility coordinators.
  • Coordinate with vendors for food and beverage arrangements during meetings or team events.
  • Support the organization and execution of meetings and events.
  • Greet visitors and clients, guide them appropriately, and inform staff of their arrival.
  • Maintain visitor and contractor registration records.
  • Handle and redirect incoming calls as required.

About You

  • Ensure a positive guest experience and maintain high levels of visitor satisfaction.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet visitor or guest requirements.
  • Greet and welcome guests while providing courteous and personalized assistance.
  • Build positive interactions with visitors and maintain a professional reception environment.
